Trial and Demo Information

Please note that  we can facilitate a FREE TRIAL of a brand new NEPA21/ELEPO21/ECFG21 or NEPA Porator system.

In the first stance, the TRIAL will be for two weeks (but can be readily extended upon request).

All we ask in return is that you pay for the return freight.

(It costs us approximately Euro 50-60 to send the device to you via UPS Standard courier service.  You ought to be able to obtain similar if not better prices).

The reason we ask you to pay for the return freight is because, from experience, we have found that it is so much easier for whoever has the device on site to organise and co-ordinate the collection and return of the device.

For the TRIAL, we provide protocols for your targets and applications of interest.

In addition, we provide extensive Training and Support (via TEAMS/ZOOM) prior to starting the TRIAL, during the TRIAL and post-sale (should you decide to purchase the device).

It lists Viability % and Transfection Efficiency % for all the Primary Cells and Cell Lines our clients have optimised.

This optimisation was achieved via Suspension-Cell electroporation and/or Adherent-Cell electroporation.

Suspension-cell electroporation was performed with our CU540 cuvette holder and EC-002s cuvettes.

Adherent-cell electroporation was performed directly in the well-plate, using our CUY900-13-3-5 electrode.
