NEPA21 In Vitro Results

In Vitro – Cell Culture Electroporation with the NEPA21 System
With the NEPA21 system, one has a choice of two possible methods for In Vitro EP:
–    with cuvettes and the CU500 Cuvette Chamber (for cells in suspension) and
–    with the Adherent-Cell electrode, the CUY900-13-3-5 ( for cells cultured directly onto a plate and in adherence):

Neither choice requires additional expensive buffers
–    Adherent-Cell Electroporation
–    In Situ Gene Transfer of Adherent Cells by Electroporation
–    Cuvette / Suspension-cell Electroporation

No special buffers are required.  Cost per electroporation with the cuvette method is E 2.00 per electroporation.
