NEPA21 v Bio-Rad CONCLUSIONS

–  Much better results are achieved with the NEPA21 device

–  The NEPA21’s improved results are achieved at significantly lower voltages

–  This reflects the trend in electroporation protocol towards the use of lower voltages (and thus less target damage and increased viability)

–  Less cell death

RESULTS

–  NEPA21:  V = 80%;  TE = 68%<

–  Bio-Rad:  V = 50%;  TE = 14% <
