To support protocol selection for the experiments you plan to perform on a trial NEPA21 device, please complete the checklist below.
The information provided will be reviewed to identify the most appropriate model-specific starting conditions for your application, including recommended electroporation parameters, relevant protocol guidance, and any practical considerations relating to sample type, cargo, workflow, and experimental objective.
Following review of the completed form, we will contact you to arrange a Teams or Zoom meeting to discuss our recommendations. If required, trial start and completion dates can also be agreed during this meeting.
Technical support provided in advance of the trial
- Step-by-step protocol and technical guidance for each application of interest
- Additional Teams support to review recommended workflows and experimental set-up
- One-to-one virtual training covering device set-up, programming, and operation
Technical support provided during the trial
- Discussion of technical questions or issues arising during experimental use
- Review of results data and troubleshooting support
- Guidance on parameter adjustment and protocol refinement where required
Typical trial workflow
- We provide recommended starting electroporation conditions
- You carry out the experiments and return results data together with device feedback
- We review the data and propose further parameter optimisation in line with your objectives
- This process can be repeated iteratively until suitable electroporation conditions are established
- For applications already optimised by us, further iteration may be limited or unnecessary
Our aim is to make your trial as productive and straightforward as possible, with practical support at every stage.
